How do you accept payment?

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, certified checks, cash and money orders.  For sales and services above $500 we do not accept personal checks.  All credit card transactions are subject to limit approvals.

Where is StageDelights located?

  • StageDelights is located in Lewisville Texas.  StageDelights has no problem with events and installations beyond the Dallas metroplex.

What size events do you specialize in?

  • We generally do medium to large sized productions with audience sizes of 250 to 5000.  The event budget for stage lighting is usually a minimum of $2000.

Do you design and install permanent lighting systems?

  • Yes.  Our consulting services include design and installation of permanent lighting rigs. We specialize in intelligent lighting fixtures and will provide training for your operators.  Our support team is here to provide on going training, equipment repair and system maintenance.  Come check out our showroom to help aid in your choice of lighting fixtures.


How do you power stage lights?

  • We realize that most places do not have enough power to supply an elaborate lighting system on top of a sound system.  Therefore, we will sometimes use a high powered generator in combination with power from the facility.

Can I request custom patterns?

  • If you are not sure what this means check out our quick explanation of Gobos/Patterns.  Custom gobos for your show are not a problem.

Do you program your lights?

  • Depending on rehearsal time, advanced notice and lighting package we will choreograph around your event.

How do you hang your lights?

  • Depending on the stage size, bar or concert hall size we will use a combination of different size trussing, rigging techniques and hoisting equipment.

Can you do special effects?

  • Yes.  Every show is different but these effects can include smoke, dry ice, haze, mirror balls, stage spots, and audience lighting.  StageDelights thrives on creativity and will never do two shows the same way.

Are your lasers dangerous?

  • It is essential that the beams are positioned properly to keep the laser above the audience and stage performers. 

    Here at StageDelights our laser operator has several years design experience with laser optics and high powered class IV lasers with power levels that generally exceeded 10 Watts. 

    The operator also has intensive laser safety training in industrial environments where very high powered lasers are used to cut metals and many other materials.

    All of our lasers will be operated under very strict supervision, state and FDA standards. 

What does your price include?

  • StageDelights will run lighting during the show.  Our price also includes setup and tear down.

Do you need to come on site to evaluate power requirements, stage sizing and design?

  • Usually we do.  For larger productions since this type of work can be very custom we will need to meet with the customer at the event site before the event to evaluate power, setup and stage sizing.  This will only help make our quote more accurate, give us a chance to speak one on one about your needs, and will make the event run much more smoothly.  A fuel surcharge will be required and is deductible from the cost of our production services. 

How much do you charge?

  • After we get an idea of your needs we may request to set up before a rehearsal depending on the complexity of the show.  For example pageants and proms tend to be more complex since they usually require scenes, cues and spotlights while bands are concerned about light with music.  For permanent installations it depends on the customer needs and what you are looking for.  After a complete assessment we will send a quote.
