New Equipment Returns:
All manufacturer’s warranties and guarantees prevail. All items must be inspected for damages immediately upon receiving them. You must contact us if you have problems with recently received item(s) as soon as possible. Damaged or defective merchandise within the first 30 days after purchase will be replaced by exchanging the item for an item which is the same or an item that is similar. Customers will receive a store credit for items returned after 30 days or a full refund for an item returned within 30 days. Returned items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee unless the return was defective or was shipped in our error. The item must be returned in acceptable condition and complete working order. This means no dents, damages, scratches or faulty functioning. We only accept returns for defective or damaged items. All items returned must be in their original boxes, with manuals and all packing materials. Otherwise, all sales are final and no refunds will be given.
Used Equipment Returns:
Manufacturer's warranties are no longer valid. The condition of the item should match our description of the item online. It is advised you print the description of the condition of item out for your records. Most used equipment sales are final. If the equipement is sold "as is" this indicates a strict no return policy under any circumstances. All inquiries about returning used equipment must be handled within the first 3 days of receiving the equipment or no returns will be considered.
Damaged Items During Shipping:
If you receive any merchanidise and the box or boxes are in any way torn, dented, punctured or noticiably damaged then you must contact the shipper and Stagedelights immediately!! If possible take pictures of the damage or mark the damaged areas. Shippers or carriers may require this to pay for damages during shipping and in many cases the limited insurance may not cover the damages. In the case that items were damaged during shipping the shipping comany will usually send out an inspector to evaluate the damage before they decide to pay for any damages. Stagedelights LLC cannot be held responsible for any damages that occur during shipping.
Shipping to Hawaii & Alaska:
Most packages will be shipped USP ground. Items shipped to Alaska or Hawaii will require a shipping quote over the phone. Orders placed to Alaska or Hawaii without this shipping quote will not be shipped.
International Shipping:
Items shipped internationally will require a shipping quote over the phone. International orders placed without a shipping quote will not be shipped. With international shipments the customer is responsible for paying any duty fees and/or taxes imposed by customs at the time of delivery.
